LAST MINUTE DISCOUNTS
If we have availability at the last minute, we are usually open to offering a discount, so be sure to ask. At any time if we do not have availability, we can usually find you a good alternative option in the immediate area.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Payments can be by personal/business check, cashiers check, money order, bank wire or paypal from a funded account. We cannot accept personal, travelers or cashiers checks in Costa Rica, so please be prepared to pay any balance with cash (US dollars or CR colones). There are two ATMs in Puerto Jimenez.
TO RESERVE
A 50% deposit is generally required to reserve the house. Contact us for instructions.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check out time is 11 AM. Check in time is 2 PM. You are welcome to be at the property beyond these times, but house availability is not guaranteed. In that case, we will secure your belongings.
TO CANCEL
Reservations cancelled more than 90 days before arrival are refundable minus a $75 processing fee. Reservations cancelled 90 days or less before start of stay are refundable, less a $75 processing fee, only if we are able to re-rent the premises for the same time period, and we do our best to do that.
