LAST MINUTE DISCOUNTS
If we have availability at the last minute, we are usually open to offering a discount, so be sure to ask. At any time if we do not have availability, we can usually find you a good alternative option in the immediate area.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Payments to our U.S. address can be by personal/business check, cashiers/registered check or money order. We cannot accept personal or cashiers checks in Costa Rica, so please be prepared to pay any balance with traveler’s checks or cash.
TO RESERVE
A 50% deposit is required to reserve the house. The balance may be paid in Costa Rica, upon arrival in traveler's checks or cash.
PAYMENT OPTIONS

TO CANCEL
We require 60 days advance notice (more for holiday bookings) to cancel. With that notice, we will refund your deposit minus 15% of the total rent. After that funds are not refundable.
